As a woman, I’ve walked (and still walk) my journey — learning to accept myself, and my body, and live in harmony. It’s not always an easy road, but it’s one worth taking. Physical strength gives us the base we need to feel more confident, full of energy, and brave enough to follow our dreams.
 I'm a happy mum of two wonderful children, and I’ve been in the world of fitness for over 11 years. For me, fitness is more than just work — it’s a way of life.
Hello! I’m Marina Mazza — founder of the online school Smart Fitness, and a wellbeing expert in healthy eating, movement, self-care and positive thinking. As well as being a makeup artist and hair stylist, most of you probably recognise me from that side.
Working on your body isn’t just about strength — it’s also about growth, self-love, and building confidence.
Our bodies are not separate parts to fix one by one. Your body is one whole being. When you begin to see it this way, something shifts — and that’s when real balance and wholeness can begin.
Fitness, to me, is much more than getting a beautiful body. It’s a path to self-discovery, finding your inner strength, and creating true harmony between body and soul. I truly believe that your physical well-being is deeply connected to your inner world.
